Prior to joining 36th Street Partners, Mr. Kumani held a similar role at the alternative investment firm of Manhattan West in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Kumani began his career in real estate at the real estate investment firm of Lloyd Jones LLC in Miami, Florida where he focused on raising capital from a global clientele of institutional and UHNW investors whose primary investment criteria included multifamily and senior housing real estate transactions.

Mr. Kumani’s RE career spent entirely raising equity and debt as an owner/operator and has been a part of over $500 million of real estate acquisitions globally.

Mr. Kumani received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University where he majored in Business Economics. He also earned a Minor in Finance and is fluent in three languages. Mr.Kumani enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing sports and traveling the world.
